Shipping

Shipping within Germany by DHL GOGREEN: 3.90 EUR
Thank you for bearing the postage costs. Thus we can continue to offer you free returns, which currently cost us 5.10 EUR. Should we be able to reduce these expenses in the future, we will be happy to pass on these benefits to you. 

Shipping international and EU (outside Germany) by Warenpost International (tracked letter): 6.90 EUR
Please note: we ship your order by registered letter, which needs to be signed on receipt. Therefore, shipping to parcel delivery services or Post Office boxes ist not possible, thank you for your understanding.

Deliveries within Germany:
Unless agreed otherwise, the merchandise will be delivered to the customer address given until the fourth working day at the latest (Monday to Friday, except holidays) upon conclusion of the contract with immediate payment.

Deliveries within the EU (outside Germany):
Unless agreed otherwise, the merchandise will be delivered at the customer address given until the fifth working day at the latest (Monday to Friday, except holidays) upon conclusion of the contract with immediate payment.

Deliveries outside the EU:
From experience, the delivery period for countries that impose customs duty is two to fourteen working days. Thus the merchandise will be delivered at the customer address given until the fourteenth working day at the latest (Monday to Friday, except holidays) upon conclusion of the contract (immediate payment). For shipments outside the EU additional costs for customs, taxes or other fees might occur, whose amount we can neither predict nor influence. These shall be borne by the customer. For details, please refer to your local customs office. Please note that you will have to bear any possible foreign bank charges. Customs duties, sales tax on imports as well as handling costs will not be refunded in case of a return.
